Q: What brands do you sell?
A: We sell sneakers from a variety of top brands, including Nike, Adidas, Jordan & New Balance. Check out our collection to see our full range of brands.
Q: How do I know what size to order?
A: We recommend referring to the sizing chart to ensure that you order the correct size. Keep in mind that sizing can vary slightly between brands and styles. If you're unsure about your size, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist you.
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: We offer free shipping on all orders over $100. For orders below this amount, shipping fees apply.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Shipping times vary depending on your location. Typically, orders are dispatched within 1-5 business days. We will provide you with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your package's progress.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We have a strict no return policy, all sales are final. An item can only be returned if it is found & proven to be faulty.
Q: Do you offer exchanges?
A: Generally we do not, but if you are in need of a size swap we offer them for an extra $50 + shipping costs (unless in some circumstances where we do not have your wanted size available or it is too expensive)
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: All sales are final, make sure you know what you are ordering as once you checkout we can not cancel your order for a refund. We can give you store credit though, as long as your order hasn't been dispatched yet.
Q: How can I pay for my order?
A: We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit card, debit card, PayPal, and are working on getting Afterpay, Zip pay and Klarna. Choose your preferred payment method at checkout.
Q: Do you offer gift cards?
A: Yes, we offer gift cards in a range of denominations. You can purchase gift cards on our website, and they can be redeemed at checkout.
